Drills holes for pipe and conduit or other large holes in wood. Saw teeth at edge give clean entrance and exit hole. Large blade across diameter is designed for quick chip removal. Bores faster and cleaner than hole saws. Bits up to 2 9/16" diameter come with double ended self feed pilot drill, one coarse for use in resinous or soft woods and one fine for hardwoods. The bits are packaged with a spare self feed pilot drill and a hex head wrench. Two recesses are provided on the shank to secure an extension for extra reach
