Typographical or Content Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, neobits.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Content errors may include units of measure, pack quantities, dimensions, descriptions, and the like.  All images are provided only as an illustration and may not represent the actual product shipped. 

Neobits, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, neobits.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Resale of Items Purchased from Neobits:

In addition to end-users, Neobits, Inc. also sells to dealers, exporters, importers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Neobits, Inc. However subsequent resale is not permitted by manufacturers of certain products listed on neobits.com, and such sales may not be covered by manufacturer warranty.  It is your responsibility as a buyer to first verify whether you may legitimately resell an item purchased from neobits.com.

Sales Taxes:

Neobits, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in a number of States. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other State where they may owe taxes.  In certain cases our suppliers may also collect taxes for items shipped to other states, in which case we may collect this from you. If your organization is exempt from sales tax you may provide us with proof of exemption for each State and we will set up your account to be exempt for orders shipping to those States.

Service and Support:

Neobits, Inc. does not provide technical support except for a very limited set of products.  For most products, requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.  Our staff does make best efforts to questions posted in the Q&A section of our product pages.

Jurisdiction and Venue:

You agree that any legal action brought against Neobits, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made to Neobits, Inc. shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Santa Clara County, California.
