Baffled-bottom vessels help agitation in shaking applications. Both flat and baffle flasks fit into standard Erlenmeyer/Fernbach flask clamps for shaking incubators. The DuoCap (included) acts as two caps in one. The seal is made of polypropylene with a 0.22 m PTFE membraneideal for sterile air exchange in cell cultures. If venting is not wanted, simply keep the dust cover in place for a leakproof closureperfect for storage and mixing. Flasks and caps may be re-used, and re-sterilized by autoclave.
